Театр О. Табакова под управлением В. Машкова

The reconstruction of the O. Tabakov Theater under the direction of V. Mashkov is scheduled for completion in August 2024. This is a complex project—it's a cultural heritage site, requires specialized regulations, and requires exceptions to the standards outlined in the Technical Specifications. The project itself is unique and challenging in terms of the placement of utility systems. I'm the project's author and am very pleased to be tackling such a significant project. HVAC systems aren't architectural or structural, but they play an equally important role in creating a year-round microclimate in the theater. Combined with electrical, low-voltage, sewer, and water supply systems, the project represents a significant accomplishment. It's also important to preserve the building's architectural appearance and avoid compromising the structural integrity of the building with regard to openings for utility systems, as the building is old and brick, and the ability to drill new openings is very limited due to its load-bearing capacity.\\
