The Semidion design bureau performs revit design of engineering systems for buildings of various purposes, including public, industrial, residential, and administrative buildings. We are also familiar with luxury buildings and are ready to design complex engineering systems for apparatus. Residential buildings include both major renovations of residential buildings in Moscow and new construction projects – high-rise buildings with parking lots and tenants (various shops, cafes, restaurants) with individual heating units. Industrial buildings include factories for various purposes (renovations and new construction). By public buildings, we mean shops, restaurants (these are more industrial buildings – hot shops and public ones), and fast food restaurants. Administrative and public buildings include police facilities, anti-smoking police stations, institutes, Moscow prefectures, cultural centers, and hospitals. We also design for the private sector – cottages and individual residential buildings. Individual heating units are an important part of buildings of various purposes. Designing individual heating units based on equipment from the global manufacturer Danfoss is a strategy for energy conservation in buildings. Ready-made solutions for components and equipment help avoid mistakes. Danfoss is also ready to provide service and warranty for its equipment. This allows us to design facilities and engineering systems, as well as design individual heating units on a turnkey basis.

Sooner or later, any hotel requires renovation, redesign, rebranding, or a full-scale, comprehensive reconstruction. Changes in ownership, operator, target audience, and adaptation to changing market conditions are the most common reasons for hotel renovation. This is always an extremely complex and multi-layered process, requiring significant investment and time. Close collaboration with architects at all stages of project preparation and implementation can significantly reduce financial costs and risks for the owner.

Renovating a city or country hotel involves multi-layered marketing, design, procurement, and engineering work. A common problem in many renovation projects is the lack of a comprehensive plan with clear and defined actions that would save time and resources. This is why it's important to begin rebranding and renovating a property in close collaboration with experienced planners and designers. This strategy will help eliminate numerous problems, potential mistakes, overpayments, and poor decisions early on in the concept development process, guiding the process in a more creative and constructive direction.

Participation in the design of 5- and 4-star hotels, including the Solens and Palmyra hotels, including those in Yalta. The client is the Vizant Group Group, with Nelly Shatova, the general director of the management company. The founder and owner of the newly constructed hotel complex, previously known as "Miskhor," is Arkady Rotenberg, who is the beneficiary of several hotels in Crimea. The Miskhor Hotel is located in a seismically sensitive area, making it unique.

Participation in the construction and renovation of the NLMK Cultural Center for Metallurgists in Lipetsk (see below) is also the result of BIM design using Revit.
