One of the main activities of Semidion is the design of air conditioning systems in residential, public, administrative and industrial buildings. We are able to meet the needs of different consumers, from economy class to luxury. The indoor climate depends not only on the required air exchange, but also on maintaining a comfortable temperature. There are also solutions for industrial premises that require maintaining optimal air temperature in winter. Air conditioning can be either as part of ventilation or stand-alone. Different options and solutions can be offered for each consumer and each wish.  We work with global manufacturers and well-known established brands. For this purpose, the brand list and equipment catalogs are agreed upon. If there is a need for a Russian manufacturer, analogues in import substitution can be found. There are various options for air conditioning: multi-zone, central, refrigeration centers, split systems. Close collaboration with LG on multi-zone design allows you to create projects in the LatsRevit software add-in, which automatically checks the created system and makes it possible to avoid installation errors (block spacing, track length, hydraulic alignment of the system). Cooperation with the first global brand Daikin allows you to calculate the VRV system. The Russian manufacturer Korf is also gaining ground with its VRF systems. In fact, KORF's equipment consists of spare parts from China. The NED company is an analogue of KORF and is produced at the same factory with them.

The cross-country air conditioning scheme usually consists of semi-industrial split systems. This is a split system with freon air conditioning, based on modern freon. Split systems with a winter set of "Frost" Freon pipelines in NG insulation. Air conditioning includes nodes for passage through the wall. The outdoor units are mounted on a frame outside. VTS company produces supply air units with a freon cooling section, but without a KKB (compressor and condensate unit). The same LG company is just completing the KKB installation. It is convenient to perform the VRV system of LG and KKB of LG tributaries. CIAT produces 2x and 4x-tube fan coils, which are used in Skolkovo. Fan coils can be regulated by 2-way valves with hydraulic coupling and pressure balancing -ABQ-M. At the same time, frequency-controlled circulation pumps with two-way valves should be used in the cooling supply system. When using the MSV-BD balancing valves instead of the ABQ-M, a common pressure regulator must be used in the refrigeration center. When air recirculation is prohibited, the central air conditioner is calculated not only for dt, but also for heat surpluses in the room. The air temperature of the central air conditioner is calculated using the air heating formula. The air temperature for removing excess heat is below room temperature.  When designing fan coils and air conditioners, designers lay control panels and, as a rule, forget to lay wires for automation and electrics. Air cooling due to ventilation is calculated simply. First, the heat supply to the premises is calculated, then the air flow in these rooms, then the temperature of the supplied cooled air is calculated using the formula: Qt=p*c*L*dt/3.6, where dt=t (internal air) - t (cooled air). The simplified formula is Qt=0.33*L*dt. The temperature of the cooled air should be less than the room temperature. Restrictions on the placement of fan coils above the auditorium and the stage of the auditorium: 40dB fan coil, 30 dB hall, possible sound insulation of the channel fan coil. It is also necessary to link the lighting equipment of the stage with the placement of the fan coil. An access hatch to replace the fan coil filter, a slope drain and a drainage pump. In some cases, a cooler is installed above the stage lighting equipment to remove large heat surpluses.
